      Well done Tago. Hope that calf comes right quickly. I find the 2XU calf sleeves (not calf guards) to be really helpful for sore calves.

      Thanks for the welcome gang!!! @ Kim, I think I need to start paying better attention to what I eat to improve performance. I am also quite top (stomach) heavy & if I want to keep up with this level of running & save my joints, the changes are necessary.

  18. Just had lunch at a $10 Punjabi vegetarian all you can eat. Full up on tofu, chickpeas, cauliflower, peas, yoghurt, naan, rice with a spicy curry sauce. Eating it up while I can!
