    I noticed that today Gail. I was supposed to run 8 at lunch, but got bored. That would have kept me near the top. Darn it!

    I don't blame you - I would probably have a hard time getting 5 done on the TM. Beware though. I'll be adding a 21-mile whopper on there Saturday! Competition's stiff. :-)

    I have no shot at you this week. I have a measly 9.3 trail race on Saturday morning that I will be racing and then mountain bike "training" on Sunday after church. I need to take a rest day tomorrow, but will try to sneak in 5 miles anyway.
