  2. I'm sick for the first time in... a long time. It's killing me. I'm so sick, I got a new pair of Altra's Torin 2.0 shoes in yesterday and they are still in the box. :'(

      A white sports bra - now that's brave. I can't do any white because I'm afraid it just looks like underwear. Signs - hmmm my Garmin is giving me signs too - like the only activities it will record is swimming.

      Yes, Frederick, there are. I can smell them sometimes. Now that I work with land clearing techniques/Beings of Light and "drag them around with me" on my runs out there, it's a lot better feeling than years past. Stuck energy knows that I'll help it move on.

      so the next day I went to my ART chiro/sports doc and he agreed with the diagnosis and worked the muscles around the realigned metatarsal and was pleased with himself that he did whatever he was looking to do with it. It's as good as new now. I didn't run yesterday and won't until Monday due to life and the fact I was/am scared of hurting it. I know it will be fine now bc of yesterday's clean-a-thon. If I was going to hurt it, yesterday was the day....
