      Good 4.4 miles. I struggle with that run/walk routine because my legs don't like to start running again. Maybe you should pretend a criminal is chasing you and you will run for a lot longer.

    After almost a month suffering from the flu or so i think, finally I am able to get back into running without getting extremely exhausted or coughing like a maniac

      I have the asian slim body type so im trying to gain some muscle mass. I have been gaining weight eversince i started to run and weight train (which i love). I DO want to get rid of some belly fat lol

      We have opposite weight plans. I'm dropping pounds by running more often. Good luck gaining that muscle mass.
