Was planning on doing 18km yesterday morning which got postponed until tonight. That 18 turned into 12 :(
A combination of fatigue, low caloric intake today and then rather heavy meal 2 hours before going all combined for a crappy run. Oh well, 12 is better than 0, and tomorrow is another day.
