Neighborhood: 3.21 mi - I set out to take this run easy. It is 2 weeks until I run the 5K and I wanted to see how a practice run with no expectations went. I finished in under an hour and ran/wal... read more

C25K: Week 4, Day 3: Began using the CardioTrainer Pro app. It is too stinking cool. Love it! The run was a bit difficult as this week was pretty wonky. Week 5 looks pretty scary with the 20 m... read more

Neighborhood: 2.0 mi - this started out as a C25K training session but the app kept killing my day and rebooting so I just walked a bit more and called it a day. A new app is on the Droid for tom... read more

At least you're out and moving. It's a pain when technology doesn't cooperate, but you didn't let it get to you and quit the program all together!

alright Stairs: 2 Sets - 5 Flights
Stairs: 2 Sets - 5 Flights: 5 flights of stairs seem easy until you do them and then you do them again. Then you walk back to your desk huffing and puffing because it wore you out. It is a great... read more

good C25K: Week 4, Day 2 1.9 mi 00:32 16:34 pace
C25K: Week 4, Day 2: at this point it is all about stamina and pushing through. The more I push the stronger I will get. The run is pushing back more this week but it wasn't anything I could not ... read more

Put in the mileage that you do and then put in the time that you do them in right next to it in the hours minutes and seconds field. It calculates your pace for you based on those fields.

C25K: Week 3, Day 2: My C25K app quit on me and reset my run when I was midway through the last run. I was not amused. So I finished out the run and the cool down walk and then hopped on the trea... read more

RUN
good C25K: Week 3, Day 1 1.9 mi 00:30 15:47 pace
C25K: Week 3, Day 1. I was a little anxious about the 3 minute runs that this session required but I handled it well. The more I do, the more confident I feel.

Have you done your 5K yet? Can't wait to hear all about it...
