      Ok, I haven't really made the start I'd hoped, but I am going w a friend tomorrow night to a "Zumba" class at the gym!! Looking forward to it... I am then goin away w the family and plan to do a few bike rides.. Then home Monday and hitting the gym & trail from Tuesday xoxoxo

      8 months, that must have been a serious injury. Don't push too hard, too soon. Be consistent first. Fast later. Sounds like a beautiful setting for a run.

      I had a hip labral tear and then had to wait to see a surgeon etc etc... Anyhoo, it seems to be ok but just taking it easy, it's lovely to not be in pain :o) I like that "be consistent first, fast later!" wise words...

  12. Have had family visiting and totally fell off the exercise wagon... BUT time to find my mojo again, with or without motivation I am going to get back out there... So tomorrow runners back on :o)
