A lil walk, mixed with very little jog, but a month ago today it took me 22:55 to walk a mile so I SHOULD be happy that; still just 6 weeks post surgery, and tomorrow will be 1 week from my 2nd surgery, slowly but surely I am getting there, my best pace was 8:30 which really made me smile, even if it was just for a few strides, it reminded me of my "normal" life before life threw me this curve ball :) 13:27 12:12 12:47 10:15 Start my treatments in 1 week, gonna have to dig deep to get thru this!


Great Job! Way to get back at. Build up that strength. Wanted to walk along the beach on Lake Michingan last 2 mornings, but I screwed up my ankle again.

Been doing all that. Shouldn't have tried to Golf yesterday, but that is why I came to my brother's place first. And then another Brother came. I could only get 9 holes in. We tape it. That helped. Just need to rest it. It always happens after I take a long trip (all 3 times this summer). It goes back to March when I hurt it Reffering Basketball. I messed up the tendons and muscles around my ankle. When I drive, because it is my left ankle, it puts a lot pressure in the odd position. That usually

irratates that ankle and it swells up and really hurts. I think I caught it early this time. It is better this morning. Figure I need to tape it and drive with out a shoes to take the pressure off, when I come back. Learning every time, how to take care of a little better. Also, now what has been causing it.
