    after two days of a migraine, i decided to stop being a baby and run it off. So happy with this run and time. Even includes a short run at the top of this long slow incline.

    HAPPY New Year all. Good run, took my first header of the new year, I guess it's good to get that out of the way early. Lots of walking but all and all a good run in the woods

  3. No NY resolution for me for next year. All and all things are in a good place so why mess with changing it. Just a simple running goal in 2015 of running 2015 km (or 1250 miles) in 2015.

    Fun run in the rain with Oreo (my GSP). A few hikers, a few hunters and a cyclist. Rest up for a few hours then ref'ing 4 basketball games this afternoon. No rest for the wicked I guess
