    Happy Thanksgiving all! Was good to get out there and get some miles in w TWaite today. Legs felt dead and we walked a bit here and there, but all in and all a good day.

    Just really couldn't get a good feel for this run. Was surprised that I was as close to breaking 20 as I was. All and all I'll take it.

    Tough morning run as I just had a hard time sustaining anything decent, but pleasantly surprised with the pace and outcome on a cold 25 degree start.

      Flip them the bird? I make a point of smiling and waving at all the cars in my neighborhood that slow down and give me a wide berth.

    Felt really good, just ran as my legs felt. Didn't really push, so I am real happy with the pace on this one

    Legs felt pretty dead and I took a few short walking breaks but happy with the run overall

    Felt pretty good, pushed on one uphill and walked a bit at the top. So I was shocked with the walk that I still broke 20.

    Was great to get back out to the trails with T Waite today. Stayed mostly on the fire roads, which helped the pace.
