    My last run with Hayley E. and T Waite before Hayley moves to Vegas. Not the best of runs, but since my running this year has been non-existent I really cant complain too much.

    Trying again to get going. Knee felt pretty good. Went with the Hoka's today. Walked a few of the hills but nothing too much.

    Time to start going again. Dont quite think I will be running any 50 milers again this year, but would like to get in a few trail 25k and marathons
