Run with WOTR. I love this group. Have to do drop-in this time because I know I'll miss too many weekends between what I already missed in Moab and other things coming up later. But glad I got out and joined in today. First run since August 3rd. And I could feel it. But I did better than I thought I ran all but one of the last 2 minute "easy" intervals when I was feeling my IT band a bit. It pays to stay in shape doing something I guess.
