Didn't feel like doing a normal workoutyesterday so I decided instead to hike up Mt. Falcon. Of course I waited until it was 100 degrees out but at least on the way back down it started to sprinkle and the wind picked up so that was actually kind of nice. So convenient need to do this more often to mix things up.
