I've been so inconsistent lately that I really have no idea what I'm capable of right now so this was a ride just to try and get a feel for where I'm at. It went well for me, if I ignore all the idiots on the bike paths setting my chicken bone on high alert. I was definitely hot and tired by the end but glad I got out there now to keep it going, well at least until I go on vacation again. No real neck or back pain. Left shoulder is the only thing that really bothered me at all, for whatever reason. Followed the ride up with 3 hours at the pool. That's almost a tri, right?
