First day back from vacation and I was struggling to get motivated to get in a workout, but after texting with Michelle a bit she inspired me to go out for a run. I didn't think it'd turn out to be much, especially when on my warm up walk I could hear my stomach sloshing so I figured I'd run until my stomach cramped up and then I'd walk some more but after a bit of running I realized I'd be okay so I told myself I had to do a mile and a half, the distance I did last time. Then I decided I should do 1 3/4 to push it a bit and in the end I ended up with 2 miles. Amazing what coming down from 10k ft and a week of MTB and hiking will do for your legs. Ran a 10:34 pace which is a tad faster than my run last week.
