Not really a workout today, but met with trainer Cyndi and got my bodyfat tested. I've made great progress in the past 3 month. Very pleased. Then asked lots of questions about training on the bike. Then we did a quick run through of the workout she had planned for us just so we'd know what it was to do on our own later.
