Finally got back in the pool yesterday after 3 weeks and hoped I still remembered how to swim and my lessons didn't go to waste. Sure enough it was still there.I spent my time working on my form and trying to dial that back in and somehow I ended up with a pretty quick, for me, time. Felt good to be back in the water. My legs appreciated the break that pull sets bring.
