1.5 miles of warm-up, strides and drills followed by 5x400 form work normal pace/form work race pace (avg 11:26) to usher in endurance sessions which will start after next weeks easy/rest no-coaches week. Cool down .75 miles. Felt surprisingly good and loved getting to run in shorts again. Wonder if I'll ever stop being surprised by feeling good?

Actually realized upon waking this morning I did better than that - my 11:26 includes my "pace" for my minute recovery - duh!
