Needed just some recovery cardio and decided to take advantage of the beautiful afternoon. Picked up my daughter after preschool, we grabbed her bike and headed over to Clement with her promise that she'd slow down for me today so I could walk and not have to run. Afterwards she made me promise that we'd go around twice - although she didn't want to today. Also spent about 15 minutes doing some stretching yoga this morning and hope to get a little more in tonight.
