While waiting for my class to start in the yoga studio, I walked .8 miles on the treadmill at 3% and talked to sometimes teacher Mike. Then yoga with Terry - yea, Terry's back! Lots of balance stuff - my favorites. Felt so good to be back in yoga class again.

My friend Shareen has been suggesting her yoga class. Stretching and abs are on my workout schedual 2 x's a week. I should go. It's tough for me to go after work. All I want to do when I get off is go home and watch veg.

It's on our w/o schedule too for twice a week which was, in part, the reason I needed to get back into it. The other is I know when I do it regularly how much better I feel and how less prone to injury I am. You should do it!
