I am shocked! I had no desire to do anything came home from a hectic first half of the day and sat on the couch knowing that I wasn't feeling like working out. After an hour of mindless TV I headed out with my trusty 4-legged sidekick to Harriman. I told myself, as I did last week, just go as slow as you need to get it done. I only checked my Garmin at the splits and can't believe not only did I run (non-stop!) a 5k (first time since Dec. 23, 2010!) , I did so with negative splits, and it didn't feel horrible. Persistent & Consistent! I am back, Baby!

Thanks Ladies! I can't believe I got off the couch either after I actually succumb to it. I think you're safe with me Susan, on occasion the planets will align for me. And besides I love running and chatting with you too much not too.
