Started out with the pacer pup & ended up taking her home around 2 miles because of the heat. I guess in 85 degrees with plenty of humidity & stability gravel, I shouldn't be too discouraged. Need to figure out fluid stops for these long, hot Sundays... & I'm keeping training later to prep my body for the Texas heat! :)
Question to my runner friends... My stride is at least 1/2 of what it used to be back in the day - how do I get it stretched back out?!?!
