    I wanted to run 4 miles, but didn't have the time or energy, so I only ran 3. I have a week and a half until my 5 miler and I think I'll be able to handle it no problem. :)

    First run after a week off because of illness. I ran two miles, but it was broken up- 1 mile, 1/2 and then another 1/2 with walking in between. I have a cold, so it was tough on my lungs.
