  1. RUN
    good Blacksburg 3.56 mi 00:40 11:14 pace

Up and down the hills in Blacksburg. 5 min wu/cd and an easy pace.

  2. RUN
good Bisset Park 5.22 mi 00:55 10:32 pace

Finally back to 10/1 splits. It was easier to speed up today than slow down. That's good.

  3. RUN
    alright Bisset / Radford 7.5 mi 01:24 11:12 pace

Quarter mile warm-up and cool down. Trying to get back into actually having LSD runs. This one wasn't that good. My poor sleep habits have a way of getting me at the wrong time.s

  4. RUN
    good Radford 5.62 mi 01:00 10:40 pace

    Dark...and a little bit chilly.

  5. RUN
good Bisset Park 4.11 mi 00:45 10:56 pace

Another run through the rain. Ahhhhh

  6. RUN
great Bisset Park 5.64 mi 01:00 10:38 pace

There will never be anything better than running in the rain. I only wish each of you could get in my head so you could fully understand it.

  7. RUN
    good Wildwood / Radford 4.08 mi 00:45 11:01 pace

Hit the "hills" (they're not really very big, or at least they used to not be) and finished strong. Tied the score at 2 after tonight.

  8. RUN
good Bisset Park 5.61 mi 01:00 10:41 pace

It got dark way too early.

  9. RUN
alright Bisset Park 3.96 mi 00:45 11:21 pace

The entire weekend caught up with me in one run. Never got into a rhythm. It felt slow and was slow. It his however, progress.

  10. RUN
    good Radford 3.66 mi 00:40 10:55 pace

5am is still really, really, early

  11. RUN
good Bisset Park 5.31 mi 00:55 10:21 pace

This made me feel like I actually did things right coming out of the boot. I slowed way down after the first mile (8:46) which didn't feel anywhere near that pace. All four full miles under ... read more

  12. RUN
good Huckleberry (Merrimac) 3.63 mi 00:40 11:01 pace

After four days I can tell a big difference. The distance was the same as Monday when I ran the Huck, but the pace felt so much easier.

  13. RUN
good Bisset Park 5.15 mi 00:55 10:40 pace

45 minute run sandwiched between 5 minutes of wu/cd. 9/1 splits. Beginning to make up for lost time. I anticipated feeling more leg heavy after three consecutive days.

  14. RUN
good Huckleberry (Merrimac) 3.63 mi 00:40 11:01 pace

Moving back to running for time instead of distance. 5 mins of walking wu/cd followed by an easy pace 30 minute run.

  15. RUN
good Bisset Park 6.5 mi 01:18 12:03 pace

6 mile run, 1:08:22. 1st 3 with a friend, 38:11. 2nd 3 alone 30:11. With the mild temps this summer a day like today felt worse than it really was with the humidity.

  16. RUN
good Bisset Park 5 mi 00:57 11:23 pace

4 mile run, 39:25. Easier to run when you're not feeling like the world's on your shoulders.

  17. walk
    alright Bisset Park 5 mi

I was going to run today, but I'm exhausted so I just walked.
