Kettlebell + abs 00:30

I have my iPad set up with routines but had to use my iPhone today instead. I need to set up the routines on the iPhone as well. Had to finally turn off the app because it was causing more confusion than anything else. Managed to get a good workout but for the life of me I can’t reconstruct what I did.

    Bro, Santa brought me my first Kettlebell today. It's the smallest one of the set, and doesn't bite. I think I can cut my teeth on this one and we'll see where this adventure takes us.

    I have 2 more on the way. Should be here tomorrow or Friday. One 8 kg and one 12kg so I will have a pair of each of those two sizes and will add as I progress. There are good videos on YouTube to help get a safe program going as well as lots of ideas and instruction. There is an app for your iPhone (Steve Cotters Kettlebell Encyclopedia) that is well worth the money in my opinion especially if played on an iPad. Have fun and keep me posted.
