Added a little kettlebell ab routine at the end of a YogaFit dvd. Need to focus more on YogaFit this week since I go to take level 1 YogaFit teacher training this weekend. I have no desire to be an instructor but instead want to have a better grasp on creating my own routine. I don’t care much for classes. Always been a bit of a loner.
