Kettlebell + abs 00:37

Missed yesterday. Just wasn’t feeling right all day. Hopefully I can start to make up for it. Did a couple minutes of KB Juggling with the 12kg KB. Getting better but drop it once in the wet grass it’s a whole new challenge. Didn’t record the juggling. Unless I’m going to do it for around 10-15 minutes or so seems kind of a waste.

    Actually it’s not juggling as in 3 balls in the air juggling. It’s more like transitioning from one technique to another with flare. Flipping the bell from one hand to the next during a one arm swing for example. There are some on YouTube who are spectacular and sometimes using two bells in their juggling, sometimes even heavy bells. I don’t even want to try to be in their league.

    I've done hand-to-hand switching of KB during an arm swing. And yes, I've also dropped it doing that. Will call it "juggling" from now on, to impress my friends!

    I’m impressed. Of course I wouldn’t attempt it blindfolded and perhaps it doesn’t warrant a drumroll but hey, we will take what we can get.
