      Wow GREAT pace for you half! I think that is outstanding, hate that they mark them long though because Ashland was long as well ugh. Darn certified courses.

    Great change of scenery for this run. Ran with tim, molly, julie, and joann. Some good hills the first half of the run and saw some gorgeous trees on the way back.
