    great Park 11.15 km

    Just a ride to see what the park looks like, this was supposed to be fast but the scenery was nice so I kept going :P

    After the run, I did 20 mins on the elliptical machine...Didn't do 30 because my legs were already kinda beaten from the run :P

    Felt just right :) The stretching before the run helped me to do it non stop at the same pace ;)

      as expected our biggest mistake was to ignore stretching :) but now we are ready to lap faster stronger.... and uncut! (ataka southpark)

      Dailymile could be better in posting the times and days...My initial training was on Sunday and this two now were on Monday but as you can see it mixed it up...

      I work out on the treadmill too... and it's actually mixed cycle walking and running. Sometimes when I do not feel like going to the gym I hit the road by in any case I refrain from running... that would seem TOO American... I have my iPod; I think I can spare myself the jogging. :P
