    Had a pretty decent run... started at 4.3 and made my way up to 4.8 - 5.2 interval in the last mile. Had a bit of cramping during the first mile so had to slow down but after that it was pretty good.

    Had a good 6K run again today at lunch... got to 5K in 34:26 and then on to 6K in 41:37... much better than my previous 46 min 6K with a good pace all through.

    Had some pain in my right groin so didn't go too hard... the pain came back in the evening and kept me up almost all night. Thankfully it passed the next day.

    5K in 34:20... Great run all in all pushed hard and didn't have much gas left in the tank at the end. Intervalled hard between 6.5 and 5 for most of the run.
