    I'm happy I ran but I took it super easy by doing 15 mins on the elliptical and then 15 mins at 5.5 mi/hr on a 2.5 incline.

    Got to use the rock wall today and oh jeez, I've lost all of my rock climbing muscles. My forearms are already sore but today was still a ton of fun. I can't wait to go back

      can't wait 'til my rock wall opens (it's outside and despite the fact that it's been 80+ every day this week, it "doesn't open until after spring break")
