Day two I began with some stretching, as my thighs and belly are sore as all hell!
Proceeded to
-Week 1/Day 2 of One Hundred Push Up Challenge (Even maxxed out at 5 instead of four!
-Week1/Day 2 of Two Hundred Sit Ups Challenge
- 30 agonizing squats
-And Butt Slimmer Exercises (My booty needs to lose some of its junk lol)
Okay, now that my breath is coming back, I'm going to stretch a bit more and hit the hot tub to help with the soreness.
