I'm back, not that I am officially well again, and my birthday is over, life is back to normal. So today I started with...
- 30 squats
- Week 1/Day 1 of the Hundred Push ups challenge
- Week 1/Day 1 of the Two Hundred Sit Ups Challenge
- Butt Blasting excersize (learned it a long time ago and it so works)
- And of course some stretches to relax the muscles
I feel good, if a little out of a breath, but that's already subsiding. Gonna go fetch some water now.
