Well I wasn't able to walk as far as I did the other day because the AC guy came to check out the unit.

However, I did complete day one on the 100 Push ups and 200 sit ups challenge. GO ME!!

As well as 50 squats.

Lots of stretching done too. I'm thinking about getting a yoga tape to add flexibility to me getting back into shape.

    You go girl! Don't go too crazy, though. Moderation in all things.

    Your body needs to adjust to the changes you're already making and if you take on too much you might get discouraged and lose your motivation. The 100 pushups, 200 sit ups, and walking are a lot to take on; perhaps add some more once you've adjusted.
