Okay, so not bad for my first time back out there. I was going to go farther but it was getting dark and it's already freezing. Still, not bad. Tomorrow, I'll go a little bit farther.

To get back into shape. I've gone on long enough in self wallowing. Time to get back to who I was physically and mentally.

May I recommend the Couch-to-5k plan? You can modify as you need to for speed walking, but I cannot sing enough praises about it.

You go girl! Don't go too crazy, though. Moderation in all things.
Your body needs to adjust to the changes you're already making and if you take on too much you might get discouraged and lose your motivation. The 100 pushups, 200 sit ups, and walking are a lot to take on; perhaps add some more once you've adjusted.
