Jogged the whole way. Running on pavement (not treadmill) is a whole other deal. Both harder and easier. At first I felt like I was slogging through mud, then I realized the mile passed much quicker than on a treadmill. Today was the Whidbey Marathon, maybe next year I'll take part. Also, got new shoes Nike Zoom Structure. Love them so far.
