    good Tiger Mtn and Grand Ridge Trail 11.6 mi

    Nearly 3,000 ft of elevation during today's run. Whew! It was hard, and fun. Definitely felt better going up and down Tiger today than I did last time!

    Dragged my dog around the 'hood. Wish I could get her to perk up a bit! I let her off the leash and she ran about 100 ft behind me up Avalon hill, haha.

    Cougar Mountain 7 mi

    Tackled the streams, err, I mean the trails, at Cougar this morning. Took my own sweet time and tried to take a few good pictures of the trails with everything damp and foggy. It was so pretty!

    Met the HHRG and took it nice and slow. And short, haha.

    Felt like going on a longer mid-week run and it was so much fun. Climbed Admiral hill and looped back along Alki. It has been forever since I have run that far on the road! I felt so speedy.

    Felt good enough to attempt some speed work, which means I keep my watch running through stop lights and try to finish under 30 mins. This is by far the fastest I have run in a few months!

    Yessss! Thanksgiving yoga class followed by my first run since the marathon. I felt a bit creaky on the run, but otherwise it was great!
