    Nice to be back in the pool today, even if I was moving slow. Still can not get the hang of breathing on both sides while doing crawl stroke, it is so frustrating!

      Have you tried standing in the shallow end bit with your top half in position and practicing? Might help just to get the movement memorization down.

    This was a crappy swim, it felt like nothing was easy or right. My swim cap bugged me, my goggles hurt my nose, I had no rhythm. Ugh.

    Go big or . . . stay safe and not be an idiot. Choosing to go big. I have 4 weeks until Ragnar and I am trying to be able to comfortably run 7 miles by then!

    Proud of this run. It is very hot and I made good time even with walk breaks/stop lights. Decided to throw caution to the wind and push my distance a bit to see how the foot responds. We shall see!
