    alright New Year's Start 2 km 00:30 24:08 pace

    Walked it mostly. Had a bit of a hiatus for the second half of the year but hopefully back on track to something - not sure what yet. Put the treadmill on a steep incline to justify the walk.

      great start of a new training period... just don't start too vigorously... keeping it simple but regular.. increase in speed and inclination will come in due time... otherwise you might end up with injuries which we would like to avoid... Great start Kirsten..

      No gun, just a small whistle. Just a few of people running. Too early for spectators, although the Toronto Police were starting their day in the park as we were finishing up. Thanks guys!

      No. I just use the tread mill. Darcy has been working lots so I can only get the run in when the kids are up.

    Was just barely off my goal for tonight. The first 10 minutes seem to be ok, but then I get bored until I'm closer to the 40 minute mark. That's probably what happened on Sunday.
