      hehe yay legs! obviously yours are strong and do not want to slow down! :) sometimes the recovery run is all about a mental recovery...not having to think about pace or pushing it is a nice weekly treat! have a great LR tomorrow!!

      @Liz J. I love that! I think I get too wrapped up in paces sometimes, and just need to go with how I feel! Mental recovery is just as important!

      @Angie M. Haha I highly doubt that it is! :P I wasn't clear, but my recovery pace should be around 8.30-9min/mile I think. I'll just go by how I'm feeling though:)
