    Wow, it's been a couple of years since I did yoga. Prior to being pregnant, I did it for years. This was good! My joints and muscles are so tight, it'll take a while to get back to normal..

    Today's lunchtime gym session included 20 minutes spinning on the bike, 10 minutes rowing and a variety of weights. Need to do some more situps later, too, and log it on the iPhone app..

    Quick lunchtime run in the sun. The wind and chill really bothered me today, knocked the air out of my lungs. Will go for a longer run tomorrow instead. Can't wait for warmer weather.
