My first full on run since my injury from the Syracuse 1/2!! Ran almost the entire thing minus a couple hills that are on my way home (that's where I walked). Ran 1.5 Saturday & felt great so I've decided to stop the easing in & get back to the grind. Hopefully the foot will be ok. Right now it's all good and I feel AWESOME!! Post runners high is strong with this one ;)
