ONE LAYER, PEOPLE...I repeat...1 LAYER OF CLOTHING!! That's all I needed to run today. 1 pair of pants & 1 jacket. That's it. It was glorious. 4 miles just two days after running 10 miles...I'm pretty damn proud of that!!
