This was the kind of run I was supposed to have 2 weeks ago at the Lake Effect 1/2 Marathon...and the kind of run I hope to have 2 weeks from now at the Syracuse 1/2. Completely unplanned & spontaneous. It was awesome!! I even did some hill work, which is a HUGE deal for me!! YEAH!!
