    Really pushed the resistance today. Felt great!! Have my follow up with the orthopedic tomorrow. Today's the 1st day my foot has felt mostly normal. Hope to be running again real soon!!

    Decided to wait & try the elliptical tomorrow. But I decided to pick up the Dumbbells & do some work. Did 40 squats too. Something is better than nothing at all.
