Did a series of legs today, doubles then single legs!
Birth the baby -50 regular, 50 each leg single
Hamstring curls - 50 double, 25 each leg singe, 4 each side negatives (ouch!!!)
Leg extension - 50 double 50 single each leg
Lunge with bar - 50 each side
Leg press - 50 each double leg 50 each side
Ended with some adductor exercises!
Feelin it today especially because we did some leg stuff Tuesday that left me hurtin' for certain!! lol
