Ok so I HAVE Been working out, lol, just being lazy about logging it!! Tonight was a really quick session, got stuck in bad rain from a storm rolling through at drive time!!
Worked out with Don, Lisa, Tara and Drake and I picked up where they were when I got there with some alternating rows and DB curls to overhead press (100 each arm). Did 2 rounds of Lat pull downs, shrugs, upright rows and flies. Done! :-)
