I was on driving duty for my daughter's Red Rocks cheer training today so thought I'd sneak in a quick workout since I was up and there!
2x up and down the main stairs outside the amphitheatre, warm up
main seats area:
jump up each seat
jump up each seat to push up
long stretching lunges lol
one leg only step up, 1 full time up each leg
Basically I just kept changing it up and kept moving until I had to get outta there!! It was hard to wake up at 5 but really nice to be up there at 6 with a cool breeze and very few other people!!

Most people won't understand this workout unless they've seen red rocks and I sure have and it is one of my favorite workouts to date! Awesome job! We'll have to go when I'm there for vb next year.
