Quick lunch workout. Pretty much the standard,
5 min elliptical warm up
3 sets of each:
leg press
seated hamstring curls
abductor/adductor
assisted dips
assisted pull ups
bench press
lat pulls
machine crunch
Ankle is feeling pretty good so I'm hoping for a run again tomorrow or Sunday!


Great workout! Surprised you could fit it all in a half hour...I hope you ankle feels great for your next run!
