Had pain when I started and I began to get really discouraged and feeling negative. I almost quit. I decided to just keep going and be grumpy along the way ;-) and eventually, things started to turn around. Yes, I had pain. Did it feel better than last Monday? Definitely.
Run about 4, walk about 1

As you said, things will probably hurt for a while. Eventually your body will submit to your will! ;)

This is a big step, Suzanne :) Is the pain expected? If so, good job pushing through it..just making sure coz I know an injury can be difficult to heal.

thanks you guys. I have a good update, although I'm NOT getting ahead of myself and feeling TOO excited, the pain is getting better! I kicked the soccer ball around last night with the kids for the first time since AUgust and it felt much less uncomfortable. If it lasts for a week, I'll let myself get a *little* excited that maybe things are truly improving! lol
