Nerves have HIT!!! My first cross fit competition is tomorrow and Sunday. No idea what to expect. We found out our 2 WOD's for Saturday. I will do ok on the 1st but it will be hard, the second is all strength and I SUCK at strength!!! lol So, I plan on doing my best, having fun and cheering on my amazing besties Tara and Konnie who are gonna rock it!!
The first WOD:
for time...
1000meter row
75 wall balls
500 meter row
25 pull ups

I can do all these things, I'm just going to try for a decent time.

WOD #2
ladder
starting with 75 pounds, you have to get it overhead fully extended! I will only get 1 probably, but i'm going for 2! It increases by 10 pound each time and you have to do 1. 75 lbs I can do, 85 I struggle...I'm GOING to get it tomorrow though!!!

    Thanks everyone!!! Day one is DONE!!!! Didn't do so well as far as the rankings but I'm thrilled at doing a personal best!!!! Tomorrow...I'm in for it!!! lol
