OH man.....I think Allison did this one the other day and my comment for her is "I would throw up!!" lol. I got a chance to do it today and it was indeed brutal!!
50 box jumps
50 jump pull ups
50 kettle bell swings (35kg I think? lol)
50 walking lunges
50 knees to elbow
50 press ups (40 pound bar for me)
50 back extensions
50 wall balls (14lb)
50 double unders (but I did 100 regular cuz I suck at double unders lol)
