I ended up getting 2 great workouts in today! Started with a WOD that consisted of a short warm up, and L sit and ring work for skill and then the following:
5 rounds of:
10 weighted step ups.
I did mostly technique today, keeping my weight really light. I have not had much experience with snatches so I wanted to make sure to keep my form good and start with good habbits!!
I went back to the gym and did some upper body for chest and triceps and back, threw in a few squats on the smith machine. Finished up with abs!!! Overall great workout days, sweated buckets 2 times!!! lol
